Kim Taylor

External Relations Coordinator | High Plains Bank

A native of Upstate NY, Kimberly Taylor is an alumna of the University at Buffalo, where she earned both her BA and MBA. Kimberly has called Longmont, CO home since 2000. After moving to Colorado Kimberly built and managed 2 successful businesses while raising her sons, a journey that fostered deep community involvement and led her to serving on multiple nonprofit boards. As the External Relations Coordinator for High Plains Bank, she now blends her business acumen with her passion for the community. Away from work and volunteering you will find her cheering on the South Dakota Mines Hardrockers Football team (where her sons played college football) or the New York Yankees and the Buffalo Bills, attending live music, and enjoying Jeep rides with her husband Paul and their two dogs BAndit and Oakley. 

FUN FACT: My family and I are trying to visit every MLB park. To date we have visited 15 parks together as a family. We also love roller coasters and big fans of Cedar Point Amusement Park.

I am a born and raised 3rd generation Longmont Native. I feel blessed to be able to call Longmont home and have come a long way since being a former client of Brite in my youth. I am currently a managing partner at Bulldog Roofing as well as part owner of 2 amazing food trucks in town. I have 4 amazing kids who also work alongside me at both businesses. We love working together, playing games, and traveling together. I am an avid sports fan and golfer.  I love all things outdoors and all the city and state have to offer!
