Mutual Harms Training
Trained facilitators are invited to join us to learn how to facilitate Mutual Harms Conferencing:
Mutual Harms Conferencing involves cases in which multiple participants act as both the harmed party and the repsonsible party. Common examples include mutual fights or mutual harassments, in which two co-defendants have been referred to BRITE for causing harm to each other. Conflict is complicated, and it always isn't so simple as one person harming another. Come join us and expand your facilitation skills!
